Workshop: Leadership and Management Skills
This is a highly rewarding management training day giving new managers and those with little formal management training skills to help them get the most from their teams, be respected in their role and motivate others through the academic year.
The workshop is interactive, involving team discussion, analytical questionnaires and an opportunity to try out new communication strategies.
The workshop has been designed to be delivered in four sessions:

From Team Player to Team Manager - recognising the need in others for you to set the goal posts and lead the way
How to use the 8 styles of influence
Managing others through times of change - effective communications strategies
Team dynamics & recognising where your team sits in the performance cycle
Dealing with difficult situations - managing emotions
The importance of Key Performance Indicators -
Setting clear and manageable objectives
Action planning your management objectives highlighting key strategies to securing successful outcomes
